Product Details:

• THE COATED PANIYARAM PAN FLAKES WITH EVERY BATCH — CAST IRON NEVER DOES: Coated appam pans scratch when you flip with a wooden or steel tool. Those scratches become the entry points for coating to flake off — and into your appam. Cast iron builds a natural non-stick surface that does not scratch does not flake and does not release anything into your paniyaram. 7 cavities of completely clean cooking.
• NATURALLY NON-STICK — GETS BETTER WITH EVERY BATCH OF APPAM: Seasoned cast iron builds a dark smooth naturally non-stick layer over time. Each batch of paniyaram improves the surface. After a few weeks of regular use appam releases with barely a touch.
• 7 CAVITIES — MAKE 7 PANIYARAM SIMULTANEOUSLY: 7 round dome cavities give you 7 perfect spherical paniyaram or appe in one batch. Faster cooking consistent shape uniform browning.
• EVEN HEAT ACROSS ALL CAVITIES — NO HOT OR COLD SPOTS: The heavy cast iron distributes heat evenly across all {cavities} cavities simultaneously. Every appam in the batch cooks at the same rate — no burnt ones no undercooked ones.
• PRE-SEASONED AND READY FROM THE FIRST USE: Comes pre-seasoned so the first batch releases properly. Season further with each use and the pan gets better.
