INTIMIFY Indigo Powder For Black Hair | Natural Hair Colour For Women & Men 100 gms (Pack of 1).
About
- How to Use (Natural Hair Color) : There are two primary methods for using indigo powder to dye hair: the two-step process and the one-step process. The two-step method is ideal for achieving jet black hair, while the one-step process gives a brown to dark brown shade.
- Two-step process The two-step method is ideal for achieving jet black hair.
- Step 1: Henna Application: Mix the henna in a non-metallic bowl, mix henna powder with warm water to form a thick paste. Add lemon juice or tea water for extra brightness. Let it sit for 6–8 hours or overnight for the dye to release. Wear gloves and apply the henna paste to clean, slightly damp hair. Leave the henna sit for 2–4 hours. The longer you leave it, the more intense the color will be. Rinse out the henna with lukewarm water. Do not use shampoo.
- Step2: Indigo Application Prepare the indigo paste in a separate non-metallic bowl, mix indigo powder with warm water to form a paste. Add a pinch of salt to help the dye adhere better. Apply the indigo paste to your henna-colored hair. Start at the roots and work your way to the tips. Leave the indigo on for 2–3 hours for black hair. The longer you leave it, the darker the color. Rinse out the indigo with lukewarm water (no shampoo). Wait at least 48 hours before using shampoo to allow the color to develop fully.
- One-step process One-step method is useful for brown or dark brown hair.
- Prepare the henna: Mix henna powder with warm water and let it sit for 4–6 hours for the dye to release.
